Refund Policy of Liylah, LLC.

Trials

We offer trials for our out of town customers to try on gowns at home before reserving a gown for their event. We make sure the gown is back in time for your event! 

You can select up to 3 gowns to try on, shipped right to your front door! Just select the Trial option at check out. Receive & try your gowns on Day 1, ship them back with the provided prepaid return label to Liylah on Day 2.

Liylah LLC offers online 2 Day Trials valued at $75 per gown plus shipping. These $75 trials are refundable, excluding the shipping fee. If you choose to rent the gown for your event, the $75 fee will be applied to your rental.

Rentals/ Reservations

Liylah LLC does not offer refunds of any kind for dress rentals and/or reservations made either online or in the Liylah Showroom. 

If the Renter changes their mind for whatever reason, a Liylah gown store credit may be issued to the Renter which expires 6 months from date of cancelation. All Liylah credits are non-transferable to any other party. 

A different available gown can be selected for Renter’s event dates. If the original gown Rental costs less than the new gown Rental, the remaining balance is forfeited. If the reserved gown costs more you will be charged the difference. Renter is responsible for paying alteration costs on the new gown rented using the Liylah credit. 

All sales are final. 

Liylah, LLC, Liylah.com, Liylah, Liylah Rental, assume no responsibility for typographical errors of any kind. Liylah.com and Liylah LLC have the right to change pricing on products at any time. Liylah or any employee of Liylah, LLC have the right to deny a rental for any reason deemed valid by Liylah, LLC.
